Spent most of the day preparing BBQ ribs on the outdoor grille. Marinated them overnight, smoking them with hickory, cooking almost 6 hours, and just about ready to add some original "Corky's" sauce (that I have been saving from a trip to Memphis, TN). Enjoying the sound of 60's music on my boom box, while knitting on the back deck. The weather is perfect, my daughter, her husband, and my hubby have been playing Hand and Foot. You couldn't ask for a more glorious day! ~Nance
